2024 - 2025 season

Discovery Call - Our first meeting is a FREE 15-30 -minute consultation to make sure we are the right company for you!
Travel Expenses - We charge $75 an hour for ceremony travel that exceeds sixty minutes round trip.
Overnight Accommodations + Parking - Tolls, parking, and overnight accommodations (if applicable) at cost
Written Customized Script - We charge $300 to write a ceremony script if a family member or friend officiates your wedding
Rehearsal Fees - We charge $125 for a one-hour rehearsal plus travel. Note: this is only included in the Premium package and can be added to the Keepsake package.
Additional Script Development Meetings may result in a $75 per hour fee, plus travel; if outside of package scope.
Factors Impacting Fees - Time greater than stated for each event may result in a reasonable surcharge. If meetings are conducted in person, travel fees may apply.
Ceremony date/time changes may result in a new officiant and are subject to an updated quote based on current rates.
Please note rates are subject to change, and quotes are only guaranteed if booked one week after.

Arbor Rental - $75 for 1.5 hours, $125 for overnight, you pick up, plus travel (if applicable)
Umbrella Rentals - We have our favorite clear bubble umbrellas available for your ceremony, $35 for a quantity of Eight.

A 25% Deposit (non-refundable) is due to your Colleen Dwyer within five days of your discovery call to reserve your date.
The remaining balance, plus travel costs is due to the officiant upon submission of the final script and no later than 24 hours before the rehearsal or wedding whichever occurs first.
Gratuities are usually given after the service.

Couples are responsible for obtaining the correct marriage license for the state/location of their ceremony. Following the ceremony, the marriage license must be processed within 10 days to avoid a fine. If you do not pay the full balance before the ceremony, the license will be held until the final balance is received. The couple is responsible for an additional fee to cover the fine the officiant may incur.
A deposit is required to confirm the booking date and time. Cash, Checks, and PayPal are accepted. PayPal payments are subject to a 2.9% processing fee. Deposits are non-refundable. A full deposit is returned if we are not able to fulfill our obligation.
We reserve the right to use photos from your event for marketing purposes unless a written request to not do so is received before the ceremony. Please share photos with us and tag @officiantsisters.
We fall in love with our couples and enjoy time with them but rarely know our guests. Therefore, we respectfully decline offers to attend the reception and rehearsal dinners. Please reallocate that cost to the festivities!
We’re pleased to extend a 10% discount to military members or ceremonies held on non-peak days (Mon–Wed, excluding holidays) or in January and February. No discounts on elopement of license signing services.
