Officiant Services by Colleen & Co. has a team of caring, qualified, and experienced individuals who are thrilled to be a part of your special moments! Our journey began in 2018 when a group of close friends yearned for a wedding ceremony that encompassed the beauty of diverse faiths without excluding anyone. Inspired by their vision, Colleen, our remarkable founder, embarked on a quest of self-discovery and knowledge. It all began with Rick and Tyler. Drawing from years of dedicated study in world religions and elective classes, Colleen became ordained to fulfill this heartfelt purpose. Little did she know that her passion would lead to a flourishing business that has touched the lives of countless couples.
In her inaugural year as an officiant, Colleen encountered numerous couples who were left in distress due to last-minute cancellations by their chosen officiants. Determined to spare others from such heartache, she assembled a team of like-minded individuals who now form Colleen & Co, a group of like-minded women officiants based in Lancaster, York, and Hanover.

FOUNDER - PREMIER OFFICIANT - YORK + PHILLY LOCAL
Colleen Dwyer, Reverend, ULC, is a spiritual soul who thrives on making dreams come true for couples like you. With homes in York and Philadelphia, Colleen has had the privilege of overseeing the ceremonies of over 500 joyous couples.
Having recently experienced the magic of her nuptials, she understands the profound significance of this momentous occasion.
Colleen is a devoted wife and a proud mother of two children, residing in Baltimore and Lancaster. Her loving husband has brought three additional adult children into their lives to expand their family further. Colleen's adored mother and a delightfully demanding yet spoiled dog share their home in York.
When she's not uniting couples in matrimony, Colleen indulges her passion for culinary delights, expresses her creativity through art, and embarks on thrilling adventures, often for destination weddings. Before dedicating her life to the pursuit of love and happiness, she honed her skills in various professional arenas, including project management, finance, marketing/event planning, contract management, and social work. This rich tapestry of experiences has equipped her with invaluable insights and a keen ability to orchestrate flawless ceremonies.

Carolyn Skirboll, is the spirited and passionate Reverend Kari. Kari's journey into the world of officiating began in 2018 alongside her sister, Colleen, and since then, she has amassed a wealth of experience and wisdom.
As a gifted officiant, Kari crafts unforgettable ceremonies and pours her heart and soul into ensuring that your special day unfolds exactly as you've always dreamed. But Kari's dedication doesn't stop there. She's a force of unwavering determination and relentless hard work, leaving no stone unturned to bring your vision to life. With a deep-rooted care for your happiness, she becomes your staunch ally, standing by your side and protecting your interests as if they were hers.
Beyond her officiating prowess, Kari is an incredible human being who consistently goes the extra mile to ensure your joy knows no bounds. Her genuine and heartfelt connection with her couples fuels her passion for officiating. She delights in understanding your desires and aspirations, ensuring every detail is meticulously tailored to your wishes.
When Kari isn't uniting souls in matrimony, she finds solace behind the lens of a camera, exploring photography. In Marietta, she resides with her beloved daughter and their adorable canine companion, Beanie, who undoubtedly adds an extra dose of charm to their home. Her other daughter is pursuing her dreams in graduate school in North Carolina.

As a seasoned operations coordinator, she brings a wealth of experience and efficiency to every endeavor she undertakes.
